« We had another fantastic time at Holiday Green, it is our 3rd year in a row and the quality of the welcome, accommodation and process of booking was excellent. The pool area is so well maintained and managed, our kids love spending hours there. Le Green restaurant is excellent and we had 4 meals there with the quality being brilliant and the hosts always finding a table for our party of 5. We spent less time at the La Paillotte and the Lounge Bar this time as felt the menu could do with some more options and also the differences between the menus was slightly odd. However, it was great for an ice cream or crepe. At our accommodation, it felt like one of the umbrellas had been moved to decking opposite and had not been returned when they moved out. Would be good to see the cleaners recognising this and it being returned. It didn’t make a significant diffewnxe but did mean we had to move the table around a lot to utilise shade. I would also like to see more comfortable chairs on the decking. When hot the exposed plastic is hard to sit on but also appreciate there is a need to have a material which can survive outside. Overall, the van was clean, perfect in terms of its operation and generally exactly what we expected in our 3rd time staying there. Thanks for a great holiday, we’ll definitely be back!! »

« excellent, lots of activities that you dont have to pay extra for and the evening entertainment is excellent, especially the pool party and foam party. My only grip would be that the water in the slide area is way to cold for children, so much so that my children didnt really use the slides, even the outdoor pool was a bit on the chilly side so we used the indoor pool a lot. The location is excellent, 20 mins from most things. »

« I have been going to holiday green for 10’ years and always booked privately so this is my first time booking through the site and it was great. Only down side was being given bunk beds when my sons are 6ft tall and it was difficult to get the accommodation I wanted as staff wouldn’t share exactly what was available for my dates . Our holiday was ruined by a member of pool staff telling my sons to speak French - which they can’t do - and insulting them saying when he’s in England he speaks English so they should speak french. This caused upset and my son injured himself the following evening and we were too scared to get help as we may be accused of not being able to speak French. »

« The site was fantastic, amazingly clean and so much to do. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant and bars was great value and quality. We plan to return next year. »

« We love holiday green and this was our 6th visit. The campsite has a charm while providing lots of facilities. We stayed in the new Tie Break accommodation this year and enjoyed the kitchen living space. The campsite is always well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. »

« We verbleven voor het 12de jaar op rij op de camping. Dit jaar hebben we getwijfeld omdat de vakantie ten opzichte van vorig jaar toch weer 16% duurder werd. De dagprijs voor een nacht op 28juni is ten opzichte van 2022 zelfs met 69% verhoogd op een periode van 4 jaar. (van 204€ in 2022 naar 345€ in 2025) Eén van de redenen is dat er een jacuzzi werd geplaatst op alle Premium cottages. We zijn zelf wel gehecht aan de locatie waar we al meer dan 10 jaar verblijven in een premium cottage. De jacuzzi is volgens ons helemaal geen meerwaarde. Bij buitentemperaturen van 35° zien we echt geen meerwaarde in een jacuzzi met een temperatuur van 37°. Ook qua energiebeleid lijkt ons dit niet echt een goede keuze: zoveel jacuzzis die allemaal constant verwarmd moeten worden en waar (als we ook naar de andere cottages keken) niet echt veel gebruikt van wordt gemaakt. En we moesten vaststellen dat een aantal zaken op de camping verminderd zijn in dienstverlening. De WC achteraan aan de loungebar was wel open, maar zeer vuil. Eén van de vrouwenwc's aan het zwembad was constant buiten gebruik. De loungebar zou openen op 1 juli. Maar zelfs op 3 juli was die bar nog niet open. Aan het zwembad was het onder bepaalde stoelen aan de zijkant vuil. De voorbije jaren was dit altijd opgeruimd, dit jaar was dat niet het geval. Het algemene onderhoud op het domein lijkt ons er ook op achteruit gegaan te zijn. De voorbije jaren werd vanaf 1 juli ook het campinglied 's middags voorgesteld aan het zwembad, wat een leuke ambiance gaf. Dit jaar hebben we dat niet gezien. Er was in de periode tot 3 juli geen avondactiviteit georganiseerd (behalve de bingo op maandag) We hebben de indruk dat er serieus bespaard wordt op het personeel en dat daardoor de dienstverlening er op achteruit gaat. En dat terwijl de prijs stevig de hoogte in gaat. Wat positief is: de service in de voedingswinkel blijft top en het restaurant is er op vooruit gegaan. Maar uiteindelijk is de slotsom: wij komen ondertussen een beetje thuis op de camping, maar de prijs is ondertussen té hoog geworden door de verhogingen de laatste jaren. Resultaat is dat we naar volgend jaar toch gaan uitkijken naar andere opties. Zeer jammer, want zoals gezegd komen we nu al 12 jaar op de camping en voelen we ons daar echt wel thuis. »

« We were disappointed with the site and its supposed 5 star rating. The entertainment was poor quality The showers were far too hot and unclean on several occasions The Campervan pitch were were allocated was on a hill and we could not level our van meaning we slept badly all week We left one day early from our booking due the to being disappointed with the site It was very expensive for what you were offered The site is tired and dated in many places Rubbish disposal was 15 mins walk from our pitch up to the top of the site »

« Our stay was fabulous. I've visited Holiday Green as a child many times but not for 20 years. So I thought I'd bring my own Children along to enjoy the same experience I did between 1992 - 2004. Our family experience didn't disappoint, our stay was fabulous and we couldn't ask for much more. Your help with an upgrade was particularly helpful when catering for our needs and we thank you very much for that. Staff were all very friendly and the site is clean and well kept. We'll definitely come back in the future. Thank you »
