« Tired campsite in need of a refresh. Too hilly. Too many rules. Rude staff. Dirty eating areas. Badly set out entertainment area. Untidy and unkept areas around the accommodations. »

« Overall experience was good, with some positives but many areas for improvement too. Positives: - Water park - Pool area - A number of shows were very good - Live bands were great Areas for improvement: - Overall cleanness - Shop/cafe/launderette area needs a good upgrade - All kids clubs and most fitness classes run mainly in french, even welcome drinks - it feels that they should be slightly tailored to other languages too - Restaurant decor and seating area - Mini disco for children once in 10 days is not enough - Football for under 9 once in 10 days is not enough - Lounges near the pool are too close »

« Relaxing, and remote. We switched off, mainly because there was no mobile data signal and Wi-Fi was sketchy at best. Resort was clean, friendly, and well laid out. The entertainment was fun, and varied. Unsure why swim shorts were not acceptable for the swimming pool. »

« Our experience was unfortunately poor. Site rules say people need to be quiet after 11pm but this was not our experience. The extreme density of mobile homes and the fact the walls are paper thin meant a week a full week of broken sleep, which meant the ‘holiday’ was hard and we were counting days to go home. This was a very, very expensive holiday, we hoped the services and activities on site (especially for our kids) would justify this price - it didn’t. If the week had been cheaper (at least 50% less) it would have been acceptable value for money. I could never justify paying so much for this type of holiday ever again. Overall the positives were that staff on site were super professional and courteous, and that the site was well maintained and clean. »

« I have reduced mobility and moving around the site was not easy. Accommodation was very basic. Lots of additional costs. Restaurant was expensive. At the crepes food area, smokers were not segregated and no ashtrays were available for them, they flicked ash on the floor. Young staff at the food areas were seen standing around chatting and the areas were in need of tidying/cleaning. »

« We were very disappointed with our stay. The house was not worth the price we paid. We spent €2,300 for 8 nights, and based on that price, we expected a much higher standard. When we arrived, the bathroom floor was dirty, which gave a very poor first impression. We had also requested a baby chair, but unfortunately it was dirty as well. Another major disappointment was the lack of basic amenities. There was no television in the house, which we consider a standard feature in a property at this price point. We also had to request an electric kettle just to make tea. Instead of simply providing one, we were told we had to hand over our identity card again before we could receive it. We found this procedure unnecessary and very unfriendly towards guests, especially since a €200 security deposit had already been blocked at the beginning of our stay to cover any potential damage. During our stay, we also experienced an ant infestation. At one point, the ants had even reached the bedroom, making our stay very uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the way our complaints were handled. The manager was unfriendly and came across as arrogant. When we raised our concerns, we were told that these issues were “normal” because it was a “low-cost house.” We found this response completely unacceptable, especially considering we paid €2,300 for just 8 nights. That price does not reflect what most people would consider a low-cost property. Overall, we felt there was a serious lack of attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. It seemed as though the hosts had forgotten that guests come here to relax and enjoy their vacation, not to feel uncomfortable because basic expectations were not being met. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property. »

« Great site and facilities. However I booked with eurocamp. The location is in an inferior position on the site. The accommodation was old and shabby and in need of repair and replacement. Gate broken and work tops old and damaged. The absolute worst point was the overflowing drain directly outside our accommodation. It happened twice within the start of our holiday. Sewage literally overflowing and running down the hill past our accommodation. Foul smelling. Couldn't eat an evening meal outside nor our breakfast. Maintenance were sent twice to unblock with a stick. This was a temporary fix and not the actual need of a professional company to properly clear the obstruction. This is a really bad situation to have on a holiday and a health hazard to guests. The second time was reported early evening and no attendance until the following afternoon to rectify. This left large pools of raw sewage and smell on the surface and even after unblocking the road should have been hosed or jet washed to provide a clean safe area. What a total failure in your care. »

« Heel tevreden. Wij waren al voor de 4de keer in HG frejus. We plannen volgende zomer met onze kinderen en hun gezin nen samen op vakantie te komen, in totaal vier mobielhomes voor 15 personen. »

« It was a really lovely campsite and I enjoyed how much the children could play with other children. Sadly some common bar and lounge areas i found to be needing better cleaned. Twice I asked the bar staff to clean the table and they gave me a cloth - the bar area is lovely but it just needs cleaned between customers. Same for the pool lounge. For my children who really love football and sports though I think there could have been more football for them, eg there was an adults football competition one evening, not sure why children couldn’t play in that. »

« C’etait excellent, sauf les douches… impossible de prendre une douche pour les enfants. Soit l’eau était bouillante ou trop froide. Je l’avais signalé mais personne n’est venu regarder. »
